Small Print Pal provides consumer information based on the wording you supply. It is not a law firm, regulated financial adviser, insurer, travel agent or substitute for professional advice.

Use of the service

You must provide only documents you are entitled to share. A decision room is limited to the specific document and situation supplied. It is not an open-ended general AI chat.

Membership

Membership is billed monthly through Stripe and renews automatically until cancelled. You may cancel through Stripe’s billing portal; access remains available until the end of the paid billing period.

Fair use

Every account — whether you are inside your 30 free days or paying — may check three documents in any 24 hours. That is a limit on volume, not on access: your 30 free days run for 30 days whatever you do with them, and a membership is not capped by a monthly allowance. It exists because each document is read by an AI model that we pay for, and a small number of accounts checking documents in bulk would make the service unaffordable for everyone else. Three a day is twelve a week, which is more than a household needs.

If you reach it, you will be told plainly and you can check more the next day. If you have a genuine reason to need a higher limit, email us and we will look at it.

Important decisions

Check important dates, fees and rights with the provider or an appropriately qualified professional before acting. Small Print Pal may be incomplete or wrong where supplied evidence is incomplete, unclear or changed.
