Your documents are yours.

Small Print Pal uses the wording and files you provide to produce your requested small-print scan and, if you become a member, to answer focused questions about that same document.

What we keep

We keep only the account details needed to provide sign-in and membership, payment status supplied by Stripe, and the decision-room information needed while your case is active. We do not sell personal information or use your documents to train public AI models.

Sign-in and payments

Google, Facebook and email sign-in are used only to identify your account. Card payments are handled by Stripe; Small Print Pal does not see or store card numbers.

Deleting your information

Email privacy@smallprintpal.co.uk from your registered address with “Delete my Small Print Pal data” in the subject. We will confirm deletion of account and decision-room data. Cancel any active subscription separately through Stripe’s billing portal first.
